Your country may charge customs fees or other taxes to pay. This information can be checked on the official websites of the post office or customs of your country. All charges are paid by the Buyer. In case of refusal to pay the customs duties, the parcel will be returned back, and the shipping costs will not be refunded. You will receive information about the exact amount of customs duties charged after the package arrives in your country. The recipient’s post office or customs may request additional documents regarding the parcel. In this case, contact us and we will provide all additional documents for customs clearance.
You can return the product within 14 days of receipt. If the product was not used. (Used goods cannot be returned!). All shipping costs are paid by the Buyer. In order to process the return of the product, contact us and we will provide all the necessary information.
Orders are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. Your order may take some time to process. For detailed information, please contact us. Delivery to your country can take from 5 days to 2 months. After all, there may be delays due to the situation in Ukraine. There may also be delays on the part of customs or the recipient’s post office. Pay attention and place your order in advance.
After sending your order, you will receive a tracking number of your parcel, by which you can follow the movement of your parcel. Be careful and periodically check the movement of your parcel, because there are cases when the Buyer’s post office does not notify about the arrival of the parcel.

Individuals can pay for the order through any convenient bank. You will receive more detailed information from the manager after placing an order on the website.
Legal entities must send an extract from the unified state register of legal entities and natural persons-entrepreneurs and a certificate of registration of a VAT payer (single tax). After payment, you must send a scanned copy of the order, and send the original to the postal address.
